**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Designer (Graphic Designer) with expertise in 2D & Motion Design to join our Marketing team. If you are passionate about design, detail-oriented, and have a knack for creating visually appealing content, we would love to meet you.

**What We Expect from You**:

- **Design Expertise**: Excellent understanding of design patterns, colour theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
- **Versatility**: Ability to work on branding projects, marketing campaigns, and social media video (Motion Graphic) & 2D collaterals. Strong skills in visualization.
- **Creative Process**: Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs for creative assets from inception to completion.
- **Visual Identity**: Evolve visual identity across product, marketing, and business channels.
- **Collaboration**: Work with content team, digital marketers, and cross-functional teams to build and maintain visual brand excellence. Ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and customer experience.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design decisions to key stakeholders and team members.

**What You Will Work On**:

- **Product Launch & Explainer Videos**: Create captivating videos to effectively communicate complex concepts and features. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere and other Design tools.
- **Social Media Content**: Develop small GIFs and creative videos to engage our target audience and enhance our brand presence.
- **Project Ownership**: Take ownership of projects with mínimal supervision, from concept to completion within established timelines.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content that aligns with the brand vision.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design. Share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
