We at Growder Technovation Pvt Ltd a leading B2B ecommerce company seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their career in accounting. As a Junior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of financial management and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Support senior accountants with ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior internship or academic projects in accounting preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
