Execute the Dispatch & Production as per Procedure. Dispatch RO\'s to Technicians based on skill level & experience. Prioritize RO\'s based on completion & promised time to the customer while distributing the RO\'s to Technicians. Record of the RO onto dispatch log & determine the repair time required. Keep service advisor informed of job delays & any additional work required. Ensure 4S is through service shop & parking area. To maintain all service procedures are followed as per guidelines. Ensure accurate recording of hours available & hours clocked. Excellent time management.
