**Role**:
**Draftsperson**, Saltmine Office, Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and understand 2D floor plans and 3D perspective design in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent formats.
- Using the **Saltmine platform**, convert current architectural drawings to 3D digitized floor plans
- Understand space zoning and its functionality both in terms of utility and productivity.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as 3D modeling and strategy team, providing a complete solution to workplace design.
- Collecting data points provided by the client and analyzing their design principles and work patterns to provide a suitable design approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Architecture/Diploma in interior design with 0 - 3 years of professional experience in related fields.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop skills are a bonus.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
