**Job Title**: Banquet Associate

**Location**: Royal Tulip Hotel, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

**Reports To**: Banquet Manager / Banquet Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Setup and Preparation**:

- Assist in setting up banquet rooms and areas according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor.
- Ensure proper setup of banquet equipment such as audio-visual systems, lighting, and buffet stations.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Manager and other departments to ensure all event details are met.
- **Service During Events**:

- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests during the event, including serving food, beverages, and clearing plates.
- Attend to guests’ needs, such as refilling drinks and responding to special requests or dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized banquet area during the event to ensure a positive guest experience.
- **Post-Event Breakdown and Clean-Up**:

- Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of the banquet area after the event, including removing tables, linens, and chairs.
- Ensure that all banquet equipment is properly cleaned and stored in designated areas.
- Help with resetting the banquet space for upcoming events, if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in banquet or event services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy banquet equipment and furniture.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a hotel, catering, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Multitasking ability and a proactive approach to handling guest needs.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during events.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items such as tables, chairs, and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
