**Job Title: Social Media Intern**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and developing content for various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, interact with our audience, and analyze social media metrics to optimize our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and curating content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and engagement opportunities.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop social media campaigns and strategies.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and track performance metrics.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets such as graphics and videos for social media posts.
- Analyze social media data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in social media marketing or content creation is preferred but not required.

**Duration**:
This is a 3 months internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and availability.
