Job Role & Key areas to cover: - _Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements._ - _Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings._ - _Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers._ - _Conduct reference checks and background screenings._ - _Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages._ - _Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and industry trends._ Presentation skills, well versed in local, national & international (English) languages to communicate well in manner. Strong interpersonal skill, orientation skill, proactive in nature.
