Intangles’ solutions allow OEMs and fleet operators to monitor, benchmark, and conduct predictive maintenance of assets to enhance their overall uptime & profitability.

**Key roles & responsibilities**:
1. Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.

2. Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.

3. Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

4. Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.

5. Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.

6. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

7. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

8. Acting as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

**Required Skills**:
1. Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Should have problem-solving skills to quickly come up with solutions and strategies.

3. Should be able to adapt to dynamic changes to the project plans.

4. Should have good time management, delegation, planning, goal setting and decision-making skills to carry out own duties and responsibilities and monitor the performance of others.

5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

6. Ability to work on tight deadlines.

8. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

**Education and Qualification**:
B.E. Electronics/E&TC

Experience: 2+ years’ experience in project management.
