**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and correct any errors before finalizing invoices.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and manage accounts receivable.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues, payments, and account statements.
- Reconcile billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that billing information is aligned with services rendered.
- Maintain and update client billing information and ensure confidentiality.
- Prepare regular billing reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Tally / Tally Prime Must**:

- High school diploma
- Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday To Saturday (10:00am - 8:30pm)
- Flexibility to work additional hours or shifts as needed.



**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
