**Junior Architect**

**Location**: Baner, Pune

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing **architectural drawings, working drawings, and 3D models**.
- Support the design team in **concept development, schematic layouts, and presentations**.
- Work closely with senior architects on **detailed design documentation**.
- Contribute to **interior layouts, furniture details, and material selection**.
- Participate in **site visits**, preparing site reports, and documenting progress.
- Conduct research on **materials, codes, and design references** to support ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors under guidance of senior team members.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office**.
- Basic understanding of **construction drawings, building codes, and detailing**.
- Strong design presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a **team-oriented, deadline-driven environment**.
- Willingness to learn and contribute proactively.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0-3 years of professional experience (internships may be considered).
- Registration with Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred, or in process.
