**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **Solar PV Module Sales**
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the solar industry, channel sales, and dealer/distributor networks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support
