**Job Title: Sales Executive - PV Module**

**No. Of Openings: 10**

**Job Type: Regular / Permanent**

**Probation period: 6 month**

1. Meeting and communicating with customers company at site locations

2. Providing customers with information on various solar systems and equipment available in the store Understanding the customer's solar system requirements

3. Must have complete Technical knowhow of solar PV module.

4. Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/profit plans.

5. Responsibility of guiding the down line in new sales leads business

6. Reporting to Head for the ongoing and upcoming order

7. Holding Technical and commercial Discussions for the order closure.

8. Ability to negotiate and successfully conclude commercial transactions resulting in order booking.

9. Holding up technical meetings along with design team for the approval of our solution in various Government and private organizations.

10. Following up with the customer for the payments, contract finalization and logistics.

11. Engages with customers on Soleos Solar module technology, quality, reliability, and energy advantage.

12. Keep track of competitive offerings to decide on the Soleos solar module entitlements.

13. Track development in the solar sector to generate leads and potential demand opportunities.

14. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

15. Coordinate internally about module demand forecast and update in sales force to record potential opportunities.

16. Ability to run economic/ financial models to work out LCOE-based value propositions for the customer

17. Informing customers about any promotional offers
- Preparation of monthly, weekly and daily progress report

**Sales Representative Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in sales of Solar Energy products (PV module) with direct interaction with customers.
- Experience in Solar Module sales shall be preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of solar equipment and installations.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree electrical in engineering Diploma/ B.Tech
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
