WSP is currently initiating a search for an Environmental Chemist to support our Buffalo, New York office from iCRC india. Be involved in projects with our Site Assessment and Remediation Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

We are looking for someone to bring their talents, training, enthusiasm, and solutions-oriented focus to work as a valued and respected member of our multidisciplinary team as we tackle some of the world’s most challenging environmental problems by delivering some of the world’s most relevant solutions.
- Quality assurance of environmental chemistry data.
- Review analytical data packages from subcontracted laboratories.
- Perform data verification and validation per project-specific Quality Assurance Project Plan and/or USEPA Guidance (i.e. USEPA Region 2 Data Validation SOPs and USEPA National Functional Guidelines).
- Understanding of USEPA analytical methods and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong computer skills including relational database experience and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite, i.e. Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Manage electronic laboratory and field data using EarthSoft EQuIS Professional, EQuIS Data Processor, Microsoft Access, and other project-specific databases.
- Create data tables from electronic data deliverables using EQuIS or Microsoft Access.
