**Job Description: YouTube Video Editor & Instagram Reels Creator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce **engaging YouTube videos** and **Instagram Reels** optimized for audience retention.
- Add transitions, effects, graphics, and sound design to enhance video quality.
- Trim footage, arrange sequences, and maintain a seamless flow.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
- Stay updated with trending formats, music, and viral content.
- Collaborate with content creators, social media teams, and designers.
- Optimize video formats for different social media platforms.
- Maintain a quick turnaround time without compromising quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in video editing, preferably for YouTube & Instagram.
- **Software Proficiency**: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- **Skills**: Strong sense of pacing, visual aesthetics, and storytelling.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create engaging and viral-worthy content.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with current social media trends and algorithms.
