Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion graphics, animations, and video assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communications. You will collaborate closely with our content, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, social media reels, and brand assets.
  • Work on a variety of projects, including advertisements, digital campaigns, product launches, and brand content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, content strategists, and marketing leads to develop engaging visual storytelling.
  • Edit and enhance video content, adding graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual elements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all creative deliverables.
  • Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Hands-on experience with 2D/3D animation, compositing, and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual stories.
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
