Accounts Executive responsibilities include processing inward as well as outward payments, reviewing and reconciling accounts, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts and preparation of periodic reports.

In case of Accounts Executive, the additional responsibility also includes handling the team of the subordinates to carry above responsibilities.

Both designations are expected to achieve above results on time with highest level of accuracy, productivity and efficiency (with team or individually)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Tracking Payments Vendor /Principal
- Inward and Outward Payment Processing
- Processing Travel Claims
- Bank statements
- Petty Cash handling
- Invoicing
- Salaries Processing
- Purchase Processing
- Accounting functions & bookkeeping
- Auditing Activities
- Coordination with Auditors & CA
- Preparation of data for management support
- Actual Profitability Analysis report
- Monthly Trails Balance and Financial statements
- Audited Financial Statements

**Expected Profile**
- Bachelor's or Masters degree with 2-3 years experience in Accounts Manager
- Excellent written and spoken and presentation skills.
- Tally Knowledge

Location: Bangalore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
