**Responsibilities**:

- Assist registered healthcare professionals in providing direct patient care.
- Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, accurately and promptly.
- Collect and document patient information, medical history, and any changes in condition, and report findings to the nursing staff.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans and treatment procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning, using proper body mechanics and equipment when necessary.
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, including regular disinfection of surfaces and equipment.
- Respond to patient calls, inquiries, and requests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and caring atmosphere within the clinic.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Adhere to infection control practices and maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

- High school
- Current CPR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working as a Nursing Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
