We are looking for a seasoned Game Producer with a proven track record in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Software as a Service (SaaS) products to join our team. You'll work with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met, risks are managed, and deliverables are timely. You'll collaborate with other managers to allocate resources, shape product features, and create a roadmap. Your customer engagement skills will be key in understanding needs, defining product concepts, and delivering valuable products.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Game Producer is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and driving of the product roadmap while mentoring and coordinating the project team
- Manage complex client requirements and expectations, and communicate changes transparently
- Effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and cross-functional teams, raising awareness of issues and ensuring client satisfaction
- Evaluate technical opportunities and stay informed of similar and competing products in the market to provide valuable insights
- Act as a client advocate, maintaining regular communication and collecting requirements to deliver successful client engagements and launch experiences
- Clarify technical specifications with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions that meet client needs
- Provide expert guidance and support to help clients achieve milestones and goals
- Take charge of sprint planning, ticket grooming, daily scrum, and backlog management to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Engage in regular communications with clients to ensure the successful delivery of multiple client engagements and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- A strong software engineering background with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Producer, well-versed in Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience delivering SaaS products and working in the game industry
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS), UE4/Unity, and online video game development
- Excellent English communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and manage stakeholders at a senior level
- 5+ years in program management, partnerships, ecosystem growth, and/or developer relations
- Strong skills in software systems design and technical mentorship
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients at a senior level
- A quick learner, customer-focused, and adaptable to new technologies and scenarios
- Experience leading and aligning teams to execute quickly, with flexibility to work schedules and experience in distributed teams and multinational startups being a plus.
