**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure profitable deals. Skillfully handle objections and close sales with persuasive communication.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Leverage this knowledge to position our products effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production team, to align sales strategies and achieve company goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus. **Young Graduates** are also encouraged.
- **Sales Skills**:Possess strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and close deals. Familiarity with various sales techniques and methodologies is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic technical know-how, including proficiency in using Office 365 and other relevant tools, is desired. Familiarity with AI and technological advancements in the industry is an added advantage.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ability to handle challenges and learn quickly is crucial.
- **Team Player**: Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the team's success. Display a cooperative and supportive attitude.
