Role/Responsibilities:
The role of the AID involves instructional experience design support and assisting with the creation of a broad range of digital learning experiences including (as applicable) videos, online learnings and interactive onscreen experiences inside products and business systems (in-app). The ID will execute their own projects and in support of more experienced learning design professionals, working closely with multiple stakeholders. The AID will leverage various tools including authoring software, digital adoption technology and learning management systems.
This role is multifaceted and requires planning & organization, strong collaboration skills, an interest for digital technology and finding solutions, as well as an eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:
Work alongside, and/or under supervision of, more experienced learning professionals to perform the following:

- Evaluate learning and adoption needs; discuss objectives with internal clients
- Understand workflows, pain points and adoption needs through conversations with internal stakeholders, workflow assessments and other discovery methods
- Translate identified learning needs into solutions
- Build learning experiences for a broad array of use cases, incl. onboarding, help and support, upskilling etc., both “in-app” and “out-of-app”
- Continuously explore new ways of utilizing the full capabilities of digital and other learning tools to engage with audiences
- Coordinate, manage and execute all phases of the production cycle
- Become proficient in best practices learning experience and digital adoption; help guide business stakeholders and actively contribute to community of practitioners
- Be comfortable presenting solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Adapt to changing business needs and deliver work products on time
- Draft user guides, scripts and video narratives as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Multimedia Technologies or similar
- Experience in UX and visual/graphic design is a plus
**» Experience with WalkMe digital adoption technology is must or similar technologies, also basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Jquery.**:

- Passionate about technology, digital transformation and driving digital adoption as a way to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Experience with developing multi-media enriched learning content including video and audio content.
- Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere & After Effect, Articulate Storyline (as applicable)
- Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Strong stakeholders focus with a consultative and service-oriented approach.
- Strong project management skills. Ability to work on several projects concurrently.
- Effective communicator, presenter and script writer
- Highly collaborative with strong project management skills and the ability to work on several projects concurrently.
