**JOB TITLE: DESIGNER - OFFSHORE STATIC**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of Sketches for equipment and packages Mechanical Datasheet as required by Engineers.
- Preparation of P&IDs for package equipment with the help of Process designer & Engineer.
- Preparation of fabrication drawing and development drawings.
- Review of Supplier drawing for equipment.
- Review of Supplier document index for various Purchase Orders w.r.t. PO requirements.
- Issue IDC for all supplier documents as required & coordinate with other engineering discipline.
- in the integration of technical data inputs.
- Inter-discipline checking of nozzle orientation drawing, platform layout drawing, pipe support drawings for equipment prepared by Piping group.
- Inter-discipline checking of P&ID w.r.t. equipment data sheets/final supplier drawing and maintaining consistency in project deliverable documents.
- Inter-discipline checking of Instrument Level Sketches for equipment mounted instruments.
- prepared by Instrument Group.
- Inter-discipline checking of Foundation / Structure support drawing w.r.t. equipment supporting arrangement prepared by Civil / Structural Group.
- Prepare equipment model in PDS/PDMS, when required.
- Develop initial bill of material; prepare drawings for proposal estimation when required.
- Review of “As-Built” Drawings of equipment after completion of fabrication activities.
- Upload documents into “Documentum”, maintain and archive IDC’s, originals, check prints and Master technical drawings in accordance to Company and quality procedures.
- Check/review the documents, 3D CAD model and other work produced by designers.
- Perform related duties as and when directed by the direct supervisor.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 5 years of related experience preferable from a background in working for EPC or consultancy organizations in the of the Offshore Static.
