Tele Caller for Health Insurance

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team, specifically for mediclaim services. As a Telecaller, your primary role will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, effectively communicate information about our mediclaim services, and generate leads. Your goal will be to contribute to the growth of our organization in the field of mediclaim.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared list of leads.
Service Introduction: Introduce our mediclaim services to potential customers, explaining their features and benefits.
Effective and Inspiring Conversations: Conduct effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and inquiries.
Handling Customer Objections: Address customer objections and provide appropriate responses to alleviate concerns.
Maintain Accurate and Up-to-Date Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Follow a Structured Script: Follow a structured script while adjusting your approach based on customer responses.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the mediclaim sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or a related role is a plus.
Excellent Verbal Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
CRM and Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
