We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Tele-caller **to join our team. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, with the goal of promoting our products/services and generating sales leads. Your excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-focused approach will be essential to succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs, understand their requirements, and offer suitable product recommendations or solutions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall team's success.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up calls, appointments, or meetings with potential customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company during all customer interactions.

**Experience Required**: 0-2 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
