Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Digital Campaign Planning & Execution:
Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to maximize ROI.

2.⁠ ⁠Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Manage the academy’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance engagement and promote courses.

Develop high-quality, engaging content such as posts, graphics, and videos aligned with the academy’s goals.

3.⁠ ⁠Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Optimization:
Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Regularly update and maintain the website to enhance user experience and engagement.

4.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & Student Admissions:
Design strategies to generate leads for admissions through targeted campaigns.

Collaborate with the admissions team to convert leads into enrollments effectively.

Maintain accurate lead databases and track campaign performance through CRM tools.

6.⁠ ⁠Brand Awareness & Reputation Management:
Build and maintain a strong online presence to enhance the academy’s brand image.

Respond to online reviews and queries to foster a positive reputation.

7.⁠ ⁠Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research on the latest industry trends and competitor activities.

Provide insights to management for improving campaigns and programs.

8.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Analytics:
Track, measure, and report the performance of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others to monitor key metrics.

9.⁠ ⁠Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the admissions, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive digital campaigns.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing ideas.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
