**Role Brief**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Intern** to support our sales team recruitment efforts for our digital investment platform_, _**Dhanush**_. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in sales recruitment within a professional financial services environment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the hiring process for virtual sales positions across regions.
- Understand role requirements and key success profiles for virtual sales roles.
- Schedule virtual interviews with hiring managers and track progress.
- Assist in talent on boarding and coordinating virtual orientation sessions.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior exposure to sales hiring environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
