**SAP BASIS Administrator (Hybrid/Cloud Environment)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems**: Including S/4HANA, ECC, and other SAP components.
- ** System Monitoring & Performance Tuning**: Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- ** User Management**: Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations, ensuring data security and compliance.
- ** Transport Management**: Oversee transport management, including the migration of development artifacts across environments.
- ** Backup & Disaster Recovery**: Conduct regular system backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
- ** Hybrid/Cloud Management**: Manage hybrid/cloud environments, including integration with on-premises and cloud-based systems.
- ** System Updates**: Implement and manage patches, updates, and system upgrades to keep SAP systems current and secure.
- ** Technical Support**: Provide technical support and expertise to end users, resolving complex system issues in a timely manner.
- ** Documentation**: Document procedures, configurations, and system changes to maintain up-to-date records.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- ** Experience**: Overall 8 to 12 years of experience in this field and 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in a technical role.
- ** SAP Basis Administration**: Proven experience in SAP Basis administration.
- ** Hybrid/Cloud Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in managing hybrid/cloud environments, including integration and migration.
- ** SAP Tools**: Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori, and other SAP tools and technologies.
- ** Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- ** Certification**: SAP certification in Basis or HANA (preferred).
