Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling client queries.
- Order Management: Process sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with relevant departments for
execution.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for customers to address inquiries and provide information.
- Sales Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain sales inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels are
reported.
- Order Dispatch Follow-Ups: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders and provide
updates to clients.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and prepare sales reports.
- Excel Reporting: Generate and analyze sales data using Excel, including dashboards and performance
summaries.
- Team Coordination: Liaise between the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and
efficient workflow.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle correspondence, prepare presentations, and manage documentation related to
sales activities.
- Follow-Up: Track leads, ensure follow-ups with clients, and monitor payment schedules.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
