**Job Overview**: As a Software Product Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our software products in the market. Your role will involve collaborating with product development teams, conducting market research, creating compelling content, and executing marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience. Your fluency in Hindi will be crucial for engaging with our diverse customer base and ensuring effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive product adoption, increase market share, and achieve business goals.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including product brochures, case studies, website copy, and social media posts. Ensure content is tailored for both English and Hindi-speaking audiences.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product development, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with product features and customer feedback.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Gather feedback and insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Hindi (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in software product marketing or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of software products and technology. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
- **Attributes**: Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
