**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and make recommendations for process improvements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, IT recruitment, permanent staffing, contract staffing, and end to end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of TA (Talent Acquisition) best practices and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
