**We are looking for Admin cum Receptionist for Noida location**
**Experience Required -2 Years**
**Education : Graduate and Post Graduate**
**Job location -: Noida 63**
**Work from office**
**6 Days working**
**Role & responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional environment.
- Manage visitor log and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up as required.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and guests.
- Manage executives' or managers' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations for meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as a personal assistant or secretary is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
