**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests, experiments, and analysis on samples or materials.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Prepare chemicals and solutions as required for testing.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and observations.
- Ensure all lab equipment is calibrated and in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Provide support for research and development activities as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree in Laboratory Technology, Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting (1-2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as microscopes, spectrometers, centrifuges, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

**Work Environment**:

- The position will be based in a laboratory setting, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and lab coats.
- Depending on the area of focus, may require exposure to chemicals, biological materials, or other hazardous substances.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
