Lab Technician

A lab manager, or laboratory manager, is responsible for the daily operations of a laboratory. Their job duties include:

- **Safety and compliance**: Ensuring the lab operates safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- **Staff management**: Scheduling staff, training and mentoring new staff, and disciplining staff when necessary
- **Equipment and supplies**: Maintaining and ordering supplies, and arranging for repairs and replacements
- **Laboratory policies**: Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and documentation
- **Research coordination**: Coordinating research activities and projects, and ensuring timely completion
- **Budget management**: Managing the lab budget, including procurement and resource allocation
- **Reporting**: Preparing and delivering reports on lab performance to senior management
- **Security**: Handling security documents and ensuring the safety of all lab information and data
- **Quality management**: Designing, implementing, and overseeing the lab's quality management program

The specific duties of a lab manager can vary depending on the type of laboratory they work in. Lab managers typically need a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
