**Job Responsibility**:

- To implement ISO standards
- Implement Process and ensure it is practiced in all departments
- Implement Barcode system
- Digitalization of operations using ERP/CRM Software
- To assist in hiring a technical team.
- To record power consumption on G7 card
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the order processing from technical, mechanical, and cosmetic departments to meet shipping deadlines and quality requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve output and quality.
- Manage and benchmark the refurbishment process, production, and quality control procedures.
- Assist in troubleshooting and technical problems to maintain production.
- Facilitate the training of technical staff/interns.
- Build and maintain the technical department’s infrastructure.
- Responsible for inventory management, stock levels, and security of capital equipment, parts, and accessories.
- Checking of Daily work status with Job Cards of Assigned work.
- Keep Up to Date records of Spares and Capital Goods Inventory.
- Keep updated management on a regular basis for the requirements of Spares and accessories in coordination with the Technical head of the division.
- Keep up-to-date records of tools and testing equipment handed over to the engineers to carry out their work.
- Regular calibration of testing equipment in the Biomedical Division.
- Packaging and dispatching
- Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
- To assist technical head with purchase of parts
- To maintain the details of inward for capital goods
- Approving Packing list and submission for verification on dispatch
- Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
- Responsible for managing assigned projects and/or sections.
- To hold the responsibility of the Technical held in his absence in coordination with the service in-charge
