- Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Contact the potential clients and convert them as the possible client.
- Maintain a healthy relationship between Provider and the client
- Expand the customer base by cold calling.
- Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
- Superior product knowledge.

**Duties**

These are the typical duties of a Customer Relationship Manager:

- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying key customers
