Back Office Assistant

BACK END OFFICE MALE & FEMALE STAFF REQUIRED

Position: Back Office Executive (Female Preferred)
Location: R S Engineering Works, P-56/9, Benaras Road, Bamangachi, Liluah, Howrah - 711105

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹12,000-₹18,000/month (Negotiable)
Experience: 1-3 years preferred

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and formal correspondence
- Handle billing and basic Tally ERP entries
- Maintain client records and follow up on payments
- Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams
- Assist in documentation and filing (digital & physical)
Requirements
- Female graduate (Commerce/Business preferred)
- Basic Tally ERP & MS Office skills
- Strong communication in English & Hindi
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must reside within commuting distance of Liluah

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
