**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Collection**: Gather data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits. Maintain and update marketing databases and information systems.
- **Data Management**:Maintain and update departmental databases and records.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, market potential, and competitive landscape.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze market data using statistical techniques and software to interpret patterns and trends.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing insights and recommendations.
- **Document Management**:Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Performance Metrics**: Evaluate marketing campaigns' effectiveness by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Segmentation**: Assist in market segmentation and targeting efforts.
- **Forecasting**: Develop sales forecasts and market potential estimates.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the others to align analysis with strategic goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Recommend changes to marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- **Meeting Preparation**:Arrange meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings.
- **Administrative Support**:Manage the Head's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- **Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in marketing analysis, market research, or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Google Analytics).
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
