LBM Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized **Project Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project management efforts, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects within the construction and building materials sector, with a focus on innovative technologies such as blockchain. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets specific to LBM Solutions' initiatives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, progress reports, and status updates.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and work with the team to develop solutions.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and personnel required for project tasks.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and exchanges is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
