**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist**

Job Overview:
Social Media Marketing (SMM):

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) and monitor user engagement, responding to comments and messages as necessary.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance social media presence.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA), making adjustments as needed to improve results.
- Develop ad copy and creative assets for SEM campaigns that effectively communicate value propositions and drive user engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and rankings for target keywords.
- Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, and content to improve search engine crawlability and relevance.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, identifying areas for improvement and implementing technical SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses user intent and drives organic traffic.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
