Design Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinating with clients to understand complex design requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for designers

2. Ensuring that all designs meet brand guidelines

3. Managing the entire design process from start to finish, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing projects from start to finish

4. Managing the company's inventory of images and other design elements used in
promotional materials

5. Participating in brainstorming sessions with designers to develop new product concepts
or design improvements

6. Supervising designers to ensure that their work meets clients' specifications

7. Reviewing designs for aesthetic appeal and adherence to brand guidelines

8. Reviewing bids from contractors for feasibility and pricing accuracy

9. Managing relationships with contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time
and within budget

10. Serve as the liaison between the design team and other departments, ensuring that all
parties are kept up to date on the status of projects

11. Assist in the development of project proposals, timelines, and budgets

12. Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, including but not limited to
scheduling, file management, and quality control

13. Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget

14. proofread and edit all project deliverables for accuracy and consistency

15. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed

16. Maintain an organised system for tracking project progress and deadlines

17. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or related field
- 2-4 years experience in a design role, in high-rise Buildings with strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication, Organisational, And Time Management Skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Experience Working In a Fast-paced Environment
- Familiarity with construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards

**Salary**: ₹348,640.26 - ₹1,398,685.26 per year
