We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Place outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our services, and generating interest.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads, understanding customer needs and preferences.

**Sales Conversion**: Work towards achieving sales targets by converting leads into customers through persuasive and effective communication.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our services and customer experience.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and contribute to overall team success.

**Requirements**:
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

**Sales Aptitude**: Proven ability to persuade and influence others, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

**Customer-Centric**: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

**Time Management**: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet targets.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Computer Proficiency**: Basic computer skills.

**Positive Attitude**: Enthusiastic and positive approach to work, even in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
