**Your Role**:
As our Office Executive, you'll be the hub of communication and documentation—ensuring seamless operations and airtight record-keeping.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain physical and digital documents: collection manifests, certificates, invoices.
- Draft correspondence and manage day-to-day office admin.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes/reports.
- Support office logistics (supplies, coordination).
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1-3 years’ experience in office/admin roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
