**Job Title: SAP Operator/Sales Coordinator (Female Only)**

**Location**: Azadpur, Delhi

**Company Profile**: We are a leading manufacturer specializing in spray paint products for automobiles.

**Salary**: 22,000 - 25,000 INR per month

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of SAP software is mandatory
- Age limit: Up to 38 years old

**Responsibilities**:
As a SAP Operator/Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Customer Order Processing: Managing the entire process from order receipt to dispatch, including interaction with the factory and customers, production intimation to works, creation of Proforma/Pre-invoices, dispatch of material, and coordination with transportation.

2. Commercial Work Execution: Handling all commercial activities related to order processing, ensuring smooth execution until the product reaches the customer.

3. Customer Coordination: Communicating with customers for payment follow-up, re-orders, obtaining necessary documents for statutory compliance, and addressing any customer queries or concerns.

4. Marketing Support: Assisting the sales team with marketing activities to promote the company's entire product range, as well as undertaking any additional tasks assigned by management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in SAP software is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial processes and documentation related to sales transactions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
