Commercial Executive (Backend)

Qualification - Any Graduate

Experience: 2-3 years

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

**Responsibilities**:
As a Commercial Executive/Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company and with customers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Order Processing: Efficiently process incoming customer orders, coordinating with the factory and customers to ensure timely delivery.

2. Production Intimation: Communicate production requirements to the works department based on customer orders.

3. Proforma/Pre-Invoice Creation: Generate accurate proforma and pre-invoices for customers.

4. Material Dispatch and Transportation: Organize and coordinate the dispatch of materials, ensuring proper transportation arrangements.

5. End-to-End Commercial Execution: Handle all commercial activities from order receipt to delivery at the customer's end.

6. Payment Follow-Up: Coordinate with customers to follow up on payment schedules and ensure timely payments.

7. Re-Orders and Compliance: Facilitate re-orders from customers and obtain necessary documents for statutory compliance.

8. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales team to promote the company's product range and support marketing initiatives.

9. Miscellaneous Assignments: Be willing to take on any other tasks as specially assigned by the management.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of SAP software will be considered an advantage.
