**Job Title: Documentation Executive**

The Documentation Executive will clearly identify current customer needs for our service and how they can benefit from partnering with Logistics Worldwide on every shipment. Providing excellent Documentation service is essential in this position. Documentaion, Shipping industry, NVOCC / Freight Forwarding.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help manage current customer shipments.
- Deal with the volume of exports and import shipments.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Adhere to Documentation procedure.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as other software.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
- To ensure no late invoicing is sent to customers
- Regular review of un-invoiced reports

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge FMC Rules and regulations, should have handled US Shipments earlier (Both Export & Import).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Shipping / Freight Forwarding experience is beneficial.
- Establish & maintain good relationship with customers and colleagues.

Exp: Min 3 years in FF or NVOCC.

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Shift Timings: 09.30 am to 06.30 pm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
