**Job Overview**:
Proluxe Wellness & Productions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team. This role requires a passionate individual who can effectively promote our event rental services, increase customer engagement, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and high-end societies.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing and outreach programs to create brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.
- Organize events, exhibitions, and networking activities to showcase Proluxe Wellness & Productions' services.
- Engage with HR departments of companies to introduce corporate wellness programs and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a database of clients and prospects and track interactions for effective follow-ups.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (Wellness, Beauty, or Hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and corporate tie-ups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
