Maintain the reception area, greet clients, visitors and staff in professional and welcoming manner.

Answer calls and handle enquiries.

Schedule and confirm appointment and meetings for the management.

Assist with basic office administrative tasks such as coordination, filing and data entry.

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Coordinate with team members to manage office supplies and ensure smooth operations.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
