**We are hiring for "Architect " Infra & Construction Company**

- B. Arch / M. Arch.
- Should possess designing skills / CAD Software knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Construction field or with
builders.

**Job Description: -**:

- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and
functional design
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports
and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and
environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes,
guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -**
**Project Discussion: -**:

- Meetings and discussions with different team members and engineering
professionals to be taken place before the design approval. Topics that must
be discussed during meetings are client requirements, expected budget, site
characteristics, safety and local planning regulations.
**Co-ordination: -**:

- Co-ordination with MOEF consultant, MEP Consultant, Liasoning
consultants, traffic consultant, landscape consultant, etc.
- Co-ordination with engineers’ team for ensuring implementation of the
project is as per the planning.

**Contracts: -**:

- Help during the contract negotiation phase, and may suggest and choose the
contractors for different activities. Once all tenders are received, you will
carry out analysis reports, and results are compared with the client’s
expectations and budget
**Construction Stage: -**:

- Once construction begins, you will perform site visits and meetings,
negotiations with contracts and dealing with and resolving any problems that
may occur. Some of the documentation that takes place during construction
phases will require your signature and approval.
