As part of your role, we expect an understanding of our client’s needs and the ability to respond to their functional and creative requirements with conceptual ease.

**Role Description**

As an Architect, your skillsets will include an understanding of planning, design and material use. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills to develop user-centred projects across residential, retail, commercial and hospitality projects.
- Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Coordinate and integrate engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produce construction documents using architectural software and create 3D rendering as necessary.
- Work with the Project Manager, direct, supervise, and collaborate with team members to prepare drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Work in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of architectural experience is preferred
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Proficiency in architectural software programs and Microsoft office suite is required, any additional software usage to benefit the output would be advantageous.
