**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management** **FMCG**:

- Oversee the stock levels to ensure products are adequately stocked at all times.
- Perform regular stock checks, manage discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of stock.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Assist customers by providing product information and addressing queries or complaints professionally.
- Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and updated with promotional activities.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- **Store Operations**:

- Supervise day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage deliveries, returns, and logistics efficiently.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Work closely with the Store Manager to delegate tasks and ensure smooth team operations.
- Train and guide store staff on processes, policies, and customer service best practices.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certification in Retail Management is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in retail or inventory management roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
