**SAP Success Factors Consultant**

**Responsibilities**

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years in client facing role either in consulting or a support capacity preferably in a high demand role
- 5+ years of SuccessFactors consulting experience including a minimum of two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations in your certified module area(s)
- Two or more SAP SuccessFactors Associate and/or Professional certifications
- Expert knowledge of your specific SuccessFactors modules
- **Certified in two or more of Onboarding 1.0, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance and Goals, and/or more SuccessFactors modules.**:

- Technical understanding or experience supporting IAS, SSO, Integration Center and CPI desirable but not required.
- Proven track record implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules from a functional perspective.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and pinpoint underlying system issues.
- Experience in a client facing role and working directly with senior client management team.
- Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Participation in cutover plans, go-live preparation and cutover activities.
- Prior HR functional experience an asset.

**Role Description**:
1. Manage and resolve service incidents and service requests with specific SLAs.

2. Work in a proactive, collaborative team environment analyzing client issues and provide solutions through configurations, testing, meetings and knowledge transfer.

4. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth post go-live transition to support, including knowledge transfer and review of all relevant supporting documentation.

5. Be a trusted advisor and provide expert assessments and recommendations during SuccessFactors release activities.

6. Cultivate strong relationships with clients by developing an understanding of customer's business, culture and solution.

7. Ensure activities are completed on time, with high quality, and according to service level agreements, and in accordance with service management policies and procedures.

9. Main responsibilities are post-go live support, opportunities for project delivery assignments may arise but are not guaranteed.
